ALPHA//LINKs 3/4/08
AMERICAN IDOL//TOP GUYS FOR MAR. 4TH
This week it was all about the 3 Davids of the show...what is it about the name David anyway?
After watching a news story about how David Hernandez strips, he then proceeded to perform on American Idol. It was a great performance, probably his best. He really had stage presence tonight.
Once again, David Archuleta never fails! He is destined to win. This week wasn't his best though, still showing that he is indeed, a human. I'd have to agree with Simon; he should have stayed on the piano through entire performance.
And last but not least, was David Cook. It was a great song choice and he sang it well.
I can definitely see these 3 making it into the top 6, but with such good performances from all of the guys, who knows?

Workout tip: Some guys tend to think that abs need less time to recover than the other muscle groups since they are smaller, but if you stop to think about this, you'll realize that your ab muscles really aren't chemically different from your chest muscles. PENN BADGLEY
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Badgley split his childhood years between Richmond, Virginia. and Seattle, Washington. In Seattle he was involved in the Seattle Children's Theater and did voice-overs for a children's radio station. It was through these experiences that Badgley discovered his love of acting. This passion brought him one summer to Hollywood, where he landed an agent and his first big break guest-starring on "Will & Grace" (1998). After relocating with his mother to Los Angeles, Badgley secured several recurring roles on "The Young and the Restless" (1973), "The Brothers Garcia" (2000), and "Daddio" (2000).
His latest endeavor, Gossip Girl, has only launched his career farther; proving he can play more diverse roles. The guys and the girls of the world are swooning for him.
